AVAF Arrears paid in full still with Lawyers

ABSA VAF ***1 paid in full on 20 Aug R10720 I'm still unemployed and I informed them in June Arrears will be settled end Aug ABSA is not willing to acknowledge full payment of Arrears. They handed my account over to Lawyers whom I have never dealt with their Acc is now paid but they will still not retract acc from the lawyers. ABSA has never given me a payment arrangement or Rehab and I will seek legal advice on their conduct.
