The vehicle I purchased through absa has been defective from the first week of purchase. I have tried many channels of sorting this out but on my own, I am getting nowhere, Sullivan's auto, the dealer, is simply *********** people like myself and if this is the type of poeple that absa does business with, then I do not want to be a part of absa. My engine light came on since the first week of purchase and I have been in and out by the dealer. The dealer probably had my car for half the time from purchase until now. There has been numerous faults on the car and this is after absa had inspected, passed and paid the dealer but now I sit with the installments and the problem. I have spoken to Kiepie Bosman on the phone and in that call he could not have been bothered with my problem and just ended the call. The dealer told me to my face that some problems was not part of the roadworthy checklist hence the reason for not fixing it. What is my way forward? I feel unsafe drivng this car and its the only car I have to get me to work. I want absa to arrange a meeting with the dealer so that you can see what kind of people you do business with.
Best regards,
