Automation sucks
Trying to reverse a debit order that was never authorized. 45 min on the line, from "press 1, press 3, press 5," transfer you up, transfer you down etc.to eventually just cutting me off. Just not fair. I am 74,my daughter is 48.......could not get it done after numerous calls to Absa.
