Automatic Overdraft

Im writting this ****ed off, i started using absa cheque account late last year only to find out im moving from an expensive bank to an even worse one, i opend the acount online, where i didnt reccieve a breakdown of what costed me what etc, i didnt mind spending an everage of 150 on bank charges, november 4th i recieved R500 wich was y childs creche feees, wich deducted and was left with less thanA R100, i was furouse and sent back and fourth emails etc, they said something about a bouncinf debit order and what not. i Disputed 2the charge and they send me a form to sighn that will imburse me a r300 mind you i had stopped working at this point when i was offerd this ammountmeaning now my account was on 600 and something negetive balance de to some of my debit orders bouncing, i was there after hounded bycalls demanding payment for my now called 'overdraft", i NEVER ASSIGHNED FOR AN OVERDRAFTT AND NEVER AGREED TO SUCH, my account is ccurently on 1900 and odd, my debitors are still debiting the account een though i have sen them notifications, instead absa is increasin the charges and now this is a potential listing on my name as now i owe absa 1900. I WILL NOT Pay this ammount and demand it be remved and account be closed as i refuse rto be part of a bank that exploits people like this. Im currently unemployed not only am i bieng threatend to settle this ammount im bieng hounnede by atleast three calls a day from you guys. absolutyle unacceptable. I cant. I want this account closed off as soon as possible and I want the balance that was deducted from my account from that R500 in November. As in now actually.
