Auto industry injustice

Why would absa insurance insist on using programs or systems at a higher cost to suppliers where there are cheaper equivalents available in the market I find it anti competitive, socially destructive to the auto repair industry and biase. Absa uses suppliers who are more expensive than hdi suppliers looking for work
