Authorization of funds

Absa is an extremely horrible bank from experience truth be told. The bank isn’t clearing my funds from Superbalist at all. I’ve been writing numerous emails to disputes and authorization. I want and need my money to be clear. I’m speaking to deaf ears seemingly as nobody is bothered to do nothing about it at the bank. I’m clueless on how I’ll get the disputes and authorization department to clear my funds. Please kindly assist me, you’re my very last hope.
