Please explain why a Liquidation Statement gets produced according to the wishes expressed in a will but the verbal response from the Deceased Estate Department, which now it seems, has permission to re-interpret the wishes written in the Will to something other than that? Is ABSA, banking on the High Court ignoring Beneficiaries request for assistance.? Does the High Court know how many beneficiaries have been ****** of their inheritances? In speaking to widows and other beneficiaries, it seems it's a common thing to avoid paying out. Even going to point of avoiding all correspondence with them.
