Authorisation department never available
How long does it take for your authorisation department to released uncleared/ reserved amounts
I sent an email on 21 October for reseavered amounts dated back to to 14 Aug
Account says balance R13000, available R4000
Please sort out this department as this is not the first time this is happening I can't keep calling in for the same problem
