Attitude and bad service

I must say that the attitude of staff employed at Gugulethu mall is nothing short to appauling. Every month it's the same service attitude and complaints. If it's not the ATMs not working then it's the staff attitude. From the security guard having a bad attitude to the Branch manager thinking he owns the bank with some **** attitude.

For the past 3months been coming to deposit money but instead find myself helping the elders outside on the ATMs not being able to deposit or withdraw. That time the staff inside is practically doing nothing but chatting amongst themselves not caring at all.

If that is the case might as well close the Branch down and not have ABSA in Gugulethu as your staff is completely unprofessional and ***********.

I have worked in the banking industry for a long time to know attitude when I see one.

I have been reporting this matter but nothing seems to happen. Black on black service is a challenge we all face in our communities and I am not expecting to be still getting it from ABSA
