Atrocoius estate management

My mom had a will with Absa estates and they were execotur. All documents was submitted within prescribed time but when we followed up they claim they did not receive it though there was proof. A further 6 months down the line after various ènquiries with no response today absa responded with a letter indicating they have renounced executership in feb but without providing us with reasons why. So we were made to wait almost a year just for absa to abdicate their duty without so much as prior notice.
