Atrocious service!

Our company require a Performance Bond to be issued by ABSA to a blue-chip client of ours. Keep in mind that such bond will be covered by collateral in the form of an investment by us, for the amount of the bond, to be ceded to ABSA. Thus NO risk to ABSA!

The complete application went in on 19 June 2020. Godfrey Adams is dealing with it but to-date no bond is forthcoming despite numerous following up emails by us. This is holding up a R**** payment to us yet ABSA does not seem to care....
