ATMs dont work and Teller had bad attitude

Stood in the atm line for 30 min to only to see it not accepting deposits. Stood in the other atm line, it accepts and throws it out. I go in and stand in the line for another 30 min and when its my turn the teller says its her lunch and leaves me waiting. The other teller decides to go check on the atm. So i stand there without any help. One returns from lunch and insists i must go outside and do it at the atm. I tell her it doesn't work but she insists it does. I make her come with me to see it not working after standing in that line also. We than come in and she doesn the transaction. It took almost 2 hours as apposed to a few min which it supposed to take. Fix your atms and teach your staff to smile. I never use the race card. But I'm sorry to say the ladies there are beyond ****** to the non afrikaans speaking
