ATM withdrawal done and no cash dispensed, amount of R 4000, Capitec ATM used and no slip

<p>I was at Rustenburg square on the 8 th of this month, i made withdrawal on a caspitec ATM using my Absa debit card, i did n't receive cash not even the slip but instead a message from my phone that my balance is R 400. I immediately rushed to Absa to log a complain and i was in need of cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>My understanding tells me that if i withdraw money on a Capitec ATM Using Absa debit card, Capitec is the client and Absa is the host. Absa has to pay the charges to capitec, they later send me a message saying that Capitec has said that their ATM were balanced. I am not happy with the case, i am not sure who is playing ***** here, Absa or Capitec bank?</p>
