ATM went out of service

I went to ABSA Express AT at Nzhelele Rabali on 11 July 2015 to withdraw R3000.00 after inserting the card and a pin the ATM was processing my money and the ATM went out of service. By then it had already reported on my phone that i have withdrawn R3000.00, i waited for few minutes and the ATM was back expecting the next customer. I inserted the card again and the ATM gave me option to check the balance and print mini statement and indicated that the ATM does not have cash. when i check the balance it was showing that i have withdrawn R3000.00. I phoned ABSA customer care and they said i will get my Money back. I kept on checking the balance the whole day of 12 July 2015 but my R3000.00 was not yet back. <br> <br> Early on 13 July 2015 i went to ABSA bank Makhado they requested me to write a report on what transpired and they said they will investigate the issue in 10 days and it is possible that they pay back or not payback my money.<br> <br> Please help, I need this money urgently because it was transferred into my account by my supervisor at work for Petty Cash. This money is needed at work for petty cash with urgency or else i will be fired.<br> <br>
