ATM Took money and not deposit
I came to Absa Sea Point to deposit my rent and ATM took money and gave a slip saying deposit unsuccessful contact your nearest branch.
I went in and showed them my slip and the say I must wait for few days meanwhile is my rent money.
How can a bank not take an issue like this serious that I am without a place because them. I am extremely hurt and will never recommend this bank to anyone I love.

02 Oct 2019, 11:59The manager and staff were very unprofessional in trying to resolve this issue. I have really lost hope and do not know who to speak to that will assist getting this sorted as it is really urgent.
