Atm shuts down now I must wait 11 days

I was depositing money at the atm outside the bank yesterday morning. While it was counting the mone i put in it started shutting down without giving my money back or a receipt they can check the cameras. I went in to the bank immediately and all they can say is i must wait 9-11 days for MY money. The money was my deposit for the new place i have to move to on saturday with my 3 year old and they want my proof of payment before i get the key. What must i do i do not have another R2000 in my pocket. I want my money
