ATM **** but absa don't refund my money.
I was ****med r2500 last month at letsitele ATM on the 25th of August. I reported to absa Maake Plaza, they said they will investigate. Two days back they came back asking me how did the ********* got hold of my pin. I asked them what were you investigating and I'm really frustrated as that was my child's school fees. So leaving this bank after 30 years on this note is sad. And make your decisions wisely when choosing a bank. They seem to work with ********* as I hv been ****** by this bank that gave someone my money without it being available. Absa bank is not a fair bank. Do not trust it in such instances where you have been ****med at their ATM.
