ATM's at branch not accepting cash

How is it possible that not 1 of 3 ATM's located at a branch can not accept cash during office hours??? Absa discourages clients to do business inside the banks, but not one of the 3 machines at Hercules was able to accept a cash deposit while the bank was still open! I dont know whats going on with Absa, but the service is deteriorating daily!!! I do not wished to be phoned! I would simply like to deposit my money at an ATM!
