ATM retracted my money

On Saturday the 12th I wanted to withdraw R750 from my savings account. Before I could retrieve my money from the slot my phone rang and I answered. As I was about to take my money the ATM retracted the money into the ATM and a message stated that my money have been retracted by the ATM. I contacted ABSA bank and spoke to a representive who proceeded to unnecesarily block my debit card although I clearly explained to him that there was no *****ulant activity I simply took to long to remove my money. I reported the incident on Monday at the bank reference number C-***3 ,but to date the money have not been returned to my account. Could someone at ABSA please resolve this issue.
