ATM Retained my Cash Deposit

I went to Absa bank at randparkridge branch to pay my credit card via the ATM . I tried the first ATM on the right and unfortunately being a cash deposit ATM it didn't reflect my credit card details to make the payment so I went to the ATM on the left and started the whole process again , everything went well , until the R500 I deposited one of the one hundreds came out as it couldn't be registered and I replaced it with another R100 and waited for the machine to proceed with my payment , while waiting the screen , came up " Due to a technically error your money has been retained ." I proceeded into the branch for further assistance . I enquired with one lady walking around , I was told just stand in the enquiry Q, with 6 people in front of myself , mostly pensioners and all 3 counters were busy ,My concern the cash might come out the machine or if another client made a payment they would receive my cash. While waiting , the middle customer service employee could only assist with basic customer enquiries so at least 4 people were asked to wait aside to still await for one of the other two customer service employee's to assist them . While waiting a employee was arguing with a client and his mother and really assisting them and that client become very upset and the employee wasn't providing customer service . I felt bad as I finally helped but I had to pass other clients who had to still wait to be assisted and again mostly pensioners , no Q for pensioners or enough seats ... very bad . I finally see Marcia and explain what happed at the ATM machine taking my R500 cash and not reflecting the payment on my account . While we were completely the case for SBV to check unfortunately Marcia , I had to assist with general spelling words like "unsuccessfully" where it was spelt as "unsussessfully" , where woolworths credit card was noted , woolworths which was spelt worlwoorths , sad to know nowadays one needs a degree or diploma for banking but how does one employee someone who can't spell , I had to correct the spelling . I was given a piece of paper but not given instructions on how long this will take , to resolve my cash payment issue and was told to call Marcia to follow up , when Marcia or ABSA bank should contact myself , not the other way around , not really good customer service , lets see how long this takes .... to resolve
