ATM not working

I have been using an ATM at shell filling station corner middel and dey street brooklyn. For the last 6 months the atm has been giving electric shocks. I have complained several times to the owner of the station. They always say that they have reported it to Absa. It is dangerous and people can get hurt but Absa does not respond . It Has been 3 to 5 months with the same problem. It seems Absa does not care about the public that use the ATM and do not mind if anyone gets injured. Please help before it gets more serious
