Atm machine swallowed my money

Never been this angry with Absa - i went to Vaal mall Absa branch - we were told to make deposit outside on atm machine - the next thing the machine took 9k the money i am depositing to a Client it was an emergency - and the lady who encouraged us to make deposit on machine says there’s nothing they can do i must report it join another long queue and says I will get the money after 3days - tried to explain urgency of the payment - and she gave me attitude says nothing she can do - called her manager with same attitude no solution no empathy - and I stormed out without being helped - and the amount i need for the Event i have for tonight- i am so angry- this is not on.
