Atm froud and the owner of the atm knows it

I was withdrawing money and it showed om my cell that the money is out but when collecting it its not there I asked the person responsible as to what is happening,she told me its non of her business,then suddenly 2guys came as if they wnt to assist told them I dnt wnt their assistance,,they said nothng is wrong with the atm pretended as if they withdraw and the their money came out exept mine,,plz plz do something about tht atm the owner is verry *****ed she has a connection with *********,,its at khayelitsha site b at the Y section nxt to the tshisa nyama place
