ATM Faults

I was depositing money at ABSA atm in balfour oatk shopping centre m after going through deposit process , the machine jammed with my money inside . It was around 2h00 I called the consultant to assist by the name of Sam Molefe, he said I must go to enquiries since I was not the first customer to experience that error. Then the enquiries said the will log a call that will take the vank 9 says to fix the error. The sesameervice I received from ABSA was very bad I was in the bank from 2 till 4h08 with no promise of getting my problem solved.. tgtongue amount of money was3000.00rand
