ATM did not give the money and ABSA is refusing the claim!

<p>We drew money at ABSA Menlyn ATM and the teller did not dispensed the money and said the reason was insufficient funds but there was enough money in the bank AND the amount was deducted on the bank statements. We then put a claim in at ABSA Menlyn to investigate and they twice declined! They obviously did not balance the item or took the money! Nothing will even surprise me.</p>
