ATM did not bring out the money
Dear Absa Bank
I send amount of R500 in Pretoria pep store on 16/11/2020 (money transfer ***), My id no is ***.My brother tried to withdraw the money on 17/11/2020 at your ABSA ATM in Groblersdal. The money did not come out, he immediately went inside to Absa bank to report the matter. they asked for his id number ***. we have not received any feedback and request your intervention this really a long time,. Her went back to Groblersdal for feedback and they informed him the sender must come. How can I come when im in Gauteng. The tellers just don't want do their jobs to help people.
