ATM Deposits & Power of attorney

1.On The Morning of 02.03.2016 approx 09:30 both atms could not do ATM deposit, had to stand in the branch in a queue to deposit the cash.ATM deposits cost less that in brach teller deposits,saves time & reduces queues in the bank.In these tough economic times every cent counts,how do I prosper if I have to pay more for a deposit and the only explanation offered is\ Sorry the atm does not deposit,please deposit at the tellers\" and no rebate is offered for the difference in the transaction fees?<br> <br> 2.I am not allowed to withdraw from my Mother's savings account because I need to have a card.I stay in a different town with her and pay her accounts as and when required,which was the purpose of the POA in the first place.When the POA was done we weren't allowed to have a secondary card-still not allowed.However on the same date of the incident I was allowed to withdraw from my mother's investment account(which has no card linked) which does not make sense to me at all???"
