Atm Deposit failed ,no money return to me

I tried to deposit money into the account yesterday around 17.30 but the transaction was not unsuccessfull and the atm take our money ddnt return the money back to me.I called and i was told to go the the branch (Lakeside mall Absa Branch)i got here at 9.00 but the staff member telling me there is nothing there can do.i need that money asap i dont know if anyone or director of the bank interverne because my family is going to suffer i dont get my money back.my number is *** someone call me or ur branch in Benoni at lakeside mall
