Atm deposit detained

I have an incident that happened on the 12th July around 07h00 in the morning at Park central atm. I was depositing money and captured all details insert the funds and the machine process for long and later give me the slips saying the transaction was not successful visit my nearest branch since the day I have not receive any call nor correspondence about the detained funds.

I need the money to be transfer to your client urgently it's the school fees.
