Atm deposit

This is so frustrating I did an atm depositor R4500 to pay for rent at village at horizonon on 5th of July 2019, the atm took all the money and gave me back a slip that said transaction unsuccessful. I then went to absa at Westgate mall where one of the consultants opened a case for me, I gave them my landlord account number so that the money can be deposited straight to her but am writing this with so much frustration and anger because no money has been deposited and they told my landlord yesterday that they only found R2000 now today it has changed that they only found R500. I don’t know what’s going on but she was told that they going to look into the camera footage, how is the cameras footages going to prove that I deposited 4500 I thought they need to balance the money the find on that particular atm!! So am sitting here my rent is not paid. Am so disappointed in their service
