Atm deposit

Good day.<br> My name is Edna<br> I play a stockvel which money must be deposited before last day of the month. So on the 28/03/16 I went to the atm to deposit the money. The machine took the money and before it can give me the slip it shut down. I foned the receptient to check if he got money. He confirmed not getting it. I went to de bank the following morning, they logged a query for me, on Friday the 1st of April I foned to follow up. I was told the query was closed meaning the money was transferred to the receptient. Till today he still didn't get the money which he says it was for the grocery in the house. Now they are threatening to remove me from this stockvel meaning I am losing out. This is not a service @ all,people don't just deposit money for fun.
