Atm

On Friday the 2nd August 2019 I was at atm and withdrew R750.00 instead i got R720.00 but R750.00 withdrawal was indicated on the sms notification. I immediately went inside the branch for the matter. A complaint was lodged and was sms'ed complaint ref. number. 2 weeks later absa send me an sms saying my query had been declined. I never received a call or any form of communication since. I am not crying over R30.00 but as a matter of principle I think absa could have dealed with this better, who knows how many R30.00, R20.00 and R10.00 they are robbing people at the at atms.
