Afternoon, the kick-off of case ASZA-2***8 was perfect, but unfortunately the service after the case was reported has been the complete opposite. It has now been a month since investigation was lodged, and I haven’t received any feedback. It was said during the first call that it would take 5 to 10 work days to close the case but clearly no I attention was given.
