What an astonishingly and *********** bank. It must be admired that one bank can employ so many people that cannot assist with the most basic of queries. If you go the the branch, they say send an email. You call, the call gets dropped, you email you get a 7 to 10 day response saying, we cannot assist you please email another department. You have achived what I would believe as impossible, haveing not a single person that can assist.
