This month i had experienced ***** with my card , i went to the phoenix plaza branch where the staff made the process so simple and easy to sort out. thank you to kubeshni Naicker who made the process of a new card and accessing my banking app extremely simple and easy. I am very pleased with the service she gave me. I was met with kindness . a big thank you to her and wishing her the best as well as the rest of the staff who assisted me. Absa has been a good bank and very easy to bank with. highly recommended.
