Assistance with Vehicle

Good Day So this is my plea for help, i have emailed Amelia Pienaar on Tuesday 8 June again i sent it on Wednesday, however no response. Below is my query sent.

I trust you are well. I need some advise, my car has packed up and its costing me R23 500 to get it fixed - I currently do not have the funds to fix this, I cannot pay the instalemnt due at the end of this month. Please I am begging for assistance in any way possible - please see in what way you can help. My other alternative is not paying for this vehicle and it getting repossessed but i dont want this i want help from you guys.

Sure me as a customer is asking for help but it seems like Absa doesnt seem to be so helpful. Yes they helped me reduced my repayment on 2 occassions but now this is the situation i am in and no one can respond to me and help. Being a customer for 4 years i think they should assist me. Please can you help get me some sort of feeback.
