Assistance with absa vehicle legal department contact

I got a call from the absa vehicle repossession agent with regard to my financed car in arrears. He asked me to pay at least 15k then then I did as asked and agreed to pay the other amount owed. To my surprise other agent calls me two days after and demand that I pay the rest of the amount within an hour.. when I tried to tell him what transpired he said he doesn't care about the money I deposited towards the car.. he will just repossess. I tried getting their legal department contact to no vail. I'm really not happy with the service at all. You agree with one person then another one calls and demand money whilst you have paid
