So I got a message saying that my account was handed over yet I make payments every month.

I have 5 months left with a 14600 balance - please divide the instalment by 5 months and you will still get you money by the agreed end terms date. What is so hard doing this?

It is still within the agreed time frame? Can you please assist? Now every month you debiting amounts that I don't have.

Can you recalculate the debt and work out this plan.
