Asking R325 for their inefficiencies

I'm trying to get hold of the registration documentioin so that my father, 82 years old, can then s**** his broken car.<br> <br> Absa's Vehicle Finance department holds the registration documentation.<br> <br> They cannot trace my father's detail.<br> <br> They are now wanting me to pay R325.00 to retrieve it from their archives.<br> <br> Why should I pay R325.00 for their inefficiencies?
