Asking for same thing again and again
Every time I go on internet banking it says I have not supp**** proof of address, which I have done and checked over and over again. It is there on my profile. So please fix your broken system that I do not have to do the same thing over and over again

14 Jan 2020, 10:23My account says: Scheduled for lockup. I swear if my accounts are frozen I will close all my accounts! You can take that to the bank! The documents I supp**** are gone. I have resubmitted what I can, but I don't have my ID with me, only my drivers license. This is not my problem or my fault!

16 Jan 2020, 11:11What a joke. Was promised a call back yesterday morning. That did not happen. Instead someone from ABSA phoned the afternoon asking if I want an overdraft, when I declined she asked "Why?" and when my answer was "just not interested" the phone call was dropped. Really rude!
