Asked for help to sell my car,it's still here no help now they doubling costs

I called a day before and after my debt Dat letting the bank know that my car had been in a accident and my insurance claim was not approved that is why I canceled the debt I got a cheap quote which I was going to fix it but when he explained in person he was not going to fix it the right way. I asked where I can call it. The bank told me someone will call me that helps with selling cars.i have been talking to different people. Which I think I missed the call because that day after work I got a missed call from 012 which I couldn't get through because it was 4:30 pm. Yesterday a lady says I owe double I told her I settlement amount as I was told earlier and had been communicating with another guy to help say the car. The insurance assisted it as a repair the after taking it. I also told the bank that selling alone was a struggle since most stores don't buy financed . Yesterday the lady also I should also fix myself. I told I don't have the money. Please help me sell it on your side before it gets worse asap.
