asbsa estate letting my mother down

im writing this review behalf of my mother thats by now feeling run down by absa estate department, everything was given to all parties who needed all documents for the estate to be done, now a email was sent saying that they dont have the original deeds and my mother needs to pay a extra cost for a duplicate but this is so wrong where in the start of this progress money was requested by ABSA to have all things done i have seen on the invoice was money for unforseen matters ,but what bothers most is the original deeds was given to them why now that it has gone lost it is my mother's responsiblity to cough up money for a duplicate.........my mother was never told what was done with the unforseen money to start with. please explain to me why cant that money be used cause she was never explained for what that money has been used for and funny enough i asked in the begining if there would be any other cost involved i was insured by Grant Horlin not to his knowledge yet his the same one sending me email to 4 about more cost involved.
