ASBA Revolving Loan

I have a fully paid revolving loan with ABSA which by some act of God it seems to have been put on hold. I have been trying for 3 months now to get the hold removed as ABSA keeps charging me for the service with ZERO joy. Nobody in all of ABSA seems to know how to remove the hold and when I ask to be paid back service charges they look at me like I am a comedian.
