ASBA Refuses to Update Banking Details to Investec

I am extremely frustrated with ASBA’s refusal to update my banking details to Investec. Despite multiple requests, they have refused to process the change, offering no valid reason for their decision.

As a customer, I have the right to manage my own banking details, yet ASBA is making this impossible. This raises serious concerns about transparency, financial control, and consumer rights. Why is a simple request being denied without justification?

I urge ASBA to address this matter immediately and allow customers the flexibility they deserve. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it further.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
