ASAb is useless
ABSA is useless, so useless i cant believe i was a=ever a client. when i was defaulting on my car payments they were quick to run to the courts to get an order for repossession. now that i have payed the car in full, mind you months before the contract terminates, they are either not available to pick the phone, and when you do get through you are told Asset Finance cannot assist as the matter is with a separate department, which one cannot contact as phones are not answered by their useless recoveries department.
what is worse is their complaints department, the ladies are kind enough to assist but they will tell you they have to speak to that department, i mean i logged this complaint a week ago and nothing is said.
It is so sad how these banks treat people who do not have the means to challenge them in courts. All i want is my vehicle registration documents nothing more.

ABSA you did not want to hear my situtions, even my approach to make banking changes so as to make debit orders easier than physical deposits. My family was rediculed, your agents accessed my house and acted as if they had a right to walk about and be rude to my family.
i wont have any of these nonsense responses(via phone - given the run around and bounced all over your departments; facebook; and now hellopeter).
i know i wont have any feedback, but you forget there is the ombud. carry on toying with me, i might not he the finances to challenge you in court, but i got heart and will represent myself if that is what it takes and sue you the exact amount i paid for that car.
