As expected useless service worth 0 stars

As expected blapsa continues to provide useless service and support. I have 2 credit card and 1 debit card that is useless to me for online transactions because blapsa cannot sent an OTP when I need it. Sending it 2 hours, or a day later does not help. Maybe google OTP to understand how it works and then get a primary school student to size your infrastructure and code the solution. You are clearly not capable. Here is a question - how do you manage to stay in business with service standards this low? No really how?
