ARROGANT ABSA CONSULTANT- ABSA CAR FINANCE

I have written a review against Absa Vihecle Finance - Legal department. Tell: *** - Contact- Reneilwe, I called this arrogant sells consultant on on 31/07/2021 to request my paid up Letter for this Acc No. ***9, which was paid up four years ago but still showing me being in arreas for six months in credit bureau. I requested this arrogant woman to send me that letter and also update there credit bureau records/ to remove my name there, she told me to wait till today Wednesday 04/08/2021. This morning I have been calling here on this number ***- Reneilwe has put that phone on the side to appear as if it's busy while she is doing her on personal things during working hours. I called this almost (1) one hour. Still busy. That shows that she literally put it aside. Reneilwe I believe you are getting paid even if you are working from home therefore from 08h00 till 15h30 when the bank close you need to answer that phone. ***. Or else you must just resign, lots of people are looking for that same job which you think you own the world/ Absa.
