Arrears

Absa I'm trying to call you but most o your legal team are not answering and are always referring me. There is a lady at collection who want to **** me, she said I'm on arreas of 11k, when I only missed one month installment. Mind you the instalment is 3,7k. Another issue I noticed is that there was a refund on my account that I didn't authorise nor know about it.
