Arrears

I made an arrangement to pay my arrears with absa bank in december and i told the lady who phoned me that i can only afford the r300 when she told me i should pay 750. We ended up agreeing that i can pay whatever i can. I got suprised when i received a call from newton attorney calling on behalf of absa that i have been handed over. Now the attorneys are threating to attatch my property. Wht happend to the arrangement i made. Was absa lying to me taking me for a ride. Why did they hand me over cos i clearly told them i can only afford that amount of 300 and i made the payment as promised. I even send the list of my expenses and copy of my payslip. Why are they doing this.
