armed house breakin robery

i was armed ****** n held hostage in my house..Gate rammed n openned...logged a claim with absa HOC...why does absa hoc have to take so many days b4 fixin gate thereby restoring security to property...now i m sitting here with no gate exposed to more crime...absa HOC PATHETIC
